In which languages can I contact Smart Academy?

We speak German, English and French. With prior notice, we are able to offer appointments in Spanish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Polish, Turkish, Italian and Russian.

How do I get an appointment?

The easiest way to arrange an appointment is by phone or by our contact form. Often, we can clarify many key issues over the phone.

Opening times

Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 18.00

Can I also register other people for a course?

You are welcome to contact us in regard to members of your family or friends who would like to enrol on a course.  Please call us for more information.

When do the courses start?

We start new courses at various times throughout the year. We will gladly inform you when the next appropriate course begins.

What do the courses cost?

Costs vary. For some courses we can offer you discounts and sometimes, fee exemption. Please call us, so that we can find the correct cost for your personal circumstances.

Childcare?

If you have children, you can study with us. We have a link to a fantastic Kinderkrippe (for children up to 3 years old).  The cost must be covered by yourself, however in certain circumstances, subsidies are available.  Please contact us for more information.

Change of course?

If your working hours or family circumstances change, this is no problem. We are flexible and we will help to find a good solution for you.
